House is just as advertised. Very welcoming, clean and a great location. The host is very accommodating and responsive. And, Michigan beat up on Penn State topping off a great weekend!

This place was great! Utilizes every inch of space, homey and outdoor area was great for entertaining. Highly recommend this place for a game...hope to be back.

Everything was great with our stay. The house was as advertised. The location is perfect for a Michigan football game. The owner is extremely accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend renting this house.

The host was very responsive and the house was as advertised. Everything was clean upon arrival and the host accommodated an early check-in. The backyard is perfect for a small tailgate with friends and the stadium is a short walk away. Easy walk over to campus as well. Highly recommend.

Great house for a small/medium sized family or group. Incredible location. Host was amazing, very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Property was as advertised. Great location two blocks from the Big House and a short ride from downtown. House was clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive and flexible. Definitely would stay here again next year!

My family stayed in this home for a Michigan football weekend and it was perfect, there was plenty of space for a family of 6 and the location could not be better for a walk to the stadium. The owner was wonderful to work with and very helpful & responsive, all in all I definitely recommend renting this home!

We were very happy with the location of the house. Just as advertised. The walk to the stadium was amazing. The owner has some work to do before it should be used for rentals though, especially rentals to large groups and at this price. First, the upstairs bathroom has no door. When you are in the shower you are in plain view of anyone who happens to walk in the hall. Also, the master bedroom sliding door leading to the bathroom broke and we were unable to use it the entire weekend. The refrigerator was so full of the owners food that we had no where to put anything. Lastly, the hot tub was so cloudy that we would never use it. I own a vacation property in Colorado and I know what needs to be done to a house to accommodate guests. I hope this homeowner will make some serious changes so others will have a nice place to rent.

Fabulous weekend with friends and family. Location near stadium is the BEST! House is comfortable and clean. Back deck with hot tub is bonus! Would highly recommend for football weekend!! Go Blue!!

We had a great time. Reunion of childhood friends for the weekend. The house was very handsomely furnished and clean. Perfect for gameday tailgating. Very easy walk to the stadium. Owner was extremely supportive and accommodating. Wifi and digital cable worked flawlessly I would absolutely recommend to friends/family.
