We are located in a family-friendly, quiet, and desirable neighborhood. Within walking distance to downtown State College, campus, and two miles from Beaver Stadium, our home is a perfect stay for Penn State game weekends!
There is plenty of room for everyone, with large floors of living space. The main floor has an open floor plan, with a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a breakfast and dining room, and three spacious rooms on hardwood floors. We have a large backyard and a deck for the perfect pre- and post-game gathering with captivating views.
The main bedroom has a King bed, pull-out Queen sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, two vanities, and water closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a full private bathroom. The third bedroom has a California King, a full private bathroom, and a stunning view for you to enjoy.
Private driveway parking for up to four cars. The house is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
Owners have dogs.

This house is perfect! Fran and Janet were amazing hosts and very accommodating to our needs - going above and beyond. The house is in an IDEAL location - walk to town and even some in our group walked to our tailgate through the beautiful campus. The space in the house is perfect to have meals as a group (which is ideal when the restaurants get too filled) with tons of space. There is also plenty of sleeping space to accommodate everyone. Very clean and comfortable. We have rented many house in State College and this is by far our favorite. We would have loved to stay longer!
