Fans of all ages, couples, families or singles will be happy in our house. Please no rowdy parties for the neighbors' sakes. We offer 4 closed off bedrooms. The Master BR has a new tiled upscale bathroom ensuite. Enjoy the walk in shower and raindrops etc. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are roomy queens with a crib available while #4 is a cozy den with a double bed. These 3 share 1.5 bathrooms on the second floor with a full bath downstairs also. Our family room and kitchen areas are open to each other and to a large new pine bonus room loft area. Whoever does the tailgating prep will not be isolated - everyone mills around the kitchen or on the large deck outside with the grill.

Very comfortable, clean, and large home with 7 beds. This was perfect for our annual alumni guy's weekend. The large backyard and deck were well used for the perfect weather weekend for the PSU/Nova game in 2025. Julie and Gary were friendly and responsive hosts. We had an empty refrigerator to work with which was a rare bonus reducing the need for coolers. We had left a few things behind and Julie quickly mailed them out. Would book again for sure!

The house was immaculate with plenty of space for our PSU alum group. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were gorgeous. Upon our arrival there was a basket of goodies to welcome us. Easy drive to Beaver Stadium. GREAT experience from booking to check out with wonderful communication. Julie and Gary were gracious hosts and we would DEFINITELY rent their beautiful house again! Thanks.

Julie and Gary have a beautiful house all the bedrooms were made up beautiful every amenity you could imagine was in the house the snacks and food and information on the house was such a great touch it felt like our home away from home.

We chose Julie and Gary's home for a PSU football weekend and were extremely pleased with everything. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, the location was perfect, a five minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants etc. and the university. Their home was very clean and well appointed. There are 4 large private bedrooms with comfortable beds, and 1 huge loft with 3 built in twin beds, also very comfortable. The bathrooms were newly renovated and luxurious with plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos and extras. The kitchen was fully stocked with every imaginable pot, pan, dish, glass etc. We also enjoyed time outdoors on their large deck with built in table and seating and park-like back yard. Julie and Gary were very gracious hosts, great communicators, and were very kind and welcoming. We appreciated all the "extras" that they left for us. Truly a home away from home experience. We will definitely be back!
