5 BD/3BA family home walking distance to downtown. Plenty of space to entertain with ample parking and yard space. Living room has a 85” flat screen and family room has a 65” flat screen for watching those other games. The kitchen is well stocked, linens and towels are provided, and there is wifi and cable tv. The dining room seats 12 and the French doors open to the deck creating a perfect environment to be indoors and out. The deck has a tv, gas fire place and plenty of seating. Families with children will find bikes to borrow during your stay, board games, books, toys, and gaming systems to entertain the kids in addition to a tv in every bedroom! Adults can take advantage of the foosball table and darts while the kids are busy!
Coolers, folding table, pop up and other tail gate items are available upon request.

Sarah's home is wonderful! Our group had plenty of space to sleep, hang out, and get ready for a fantastic PSU football weekend. The location is great - close to downtown, football stadium, and the waffle shop! Overall a great choice for your weekend in State College.
