This house is nestled in the Wooded Estates Neighborhood; it has brand new appliances, 6 beds (2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins) , & 2.5 bathrooms. It will take 2 minutes to walk to Linebacker Lounge or 10 minutes to walk to the stadium or Eddy Street Commons on Game Day. Come enjoy! We have been renting to a ND football players family for the past two football seasons so not a lot of comments. Hope to host you soon!!! We are flexible on additional days for front end or back end of your stay.

Great house set up well for larger groups. Super close to walk to campus and very nice neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and location excellent - walking distance to everything. The backyard was great for gatherings, and the hosts were very communicative. The kitchen and garage were fully stocked and made our gathering very comfortable. We had ten adults who slept in beds and several young adult alumni who slept on huge sectional sofa, futons and air mattress. This house is a great choice for a large group attending Notre Dame football weekends or other events. Thank you Deborah!

Clean. Comfortable. Kitchen small but very well stocked. Only 6-7 minutes to the edge of campus. We would rent that location again. We had 10 people including kids. For adults I would only go with 8 because some beds were short.... but good for youngsters.

This is a great home, in a quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood. We were able to walk to the Notre Dame stadium to attend our daughter’s graduation ceremony. Markets, coffee shops, restaurants are nearby. The home includes very comfortable furniture, nice bedding, plenty of clean towels, ample kitchen supplies, a relaxing backyard, huge driveway. We hope to stay again in the future.
