Main Floor - Living room sectional with pull out twin sleeper, dining room, kitchen, and mudroom
Basement - 1 bedroom with full bed, 1 full bath with standup shower and theatre room (can accommodate an air mattress and only available upon request)
Each bedroom has a new memory foam mattress and a wall-mounted TV with cable and streaming services.
Guests will have access to the entire home, a side yard patio, and two stall garage. The driveway can park 4 additional vehicles. Street parking is permitted on the street.
Keyless Entry-each guest will receive a unique access code.

Great location for a Notre Dame game. Just a few minute walk to Eddy Commons, and another few minutes to the stadium.

Perfect house for a ND weekend

Excellent space to accommodate 6 guests, and a graduation party. Host was very generous with kitchen supplies and available drinks (coffee, dairy products and waters). Host was very accessible and informative prior to arrival for planning purposes. Perfect location for ND renters in easy walking distance to campus and commerce. Couple of recommendations to host: provide a coffee table or stack tables to accommodate drinks in the living room; provide a house manual particularly for electronic house system (Nest, etc.).

The property is amazing ... brand new and spotless. It is a 15 minute walk to campus right through the Eddie Street commercial area of stores, restaurants and bars. The hosts were super helpful and even left us some refreshments to welcome us to their home. We could not have been more happy with our experience.
