After a life time in the county...country living has moved to the City. Welcome to our just built modern Craftsman Style home.
Across from the park, besides the great views, the park has a basketball hoop, tennis court, splash pad (seasonal) and plenty of swings and slides. Our house is blocks from Trader Joe’s, Eddie Street Commons, the Campus of Notre Dame and the Notre Dame Stadium. Everything you need is just steps away. Off Street parking for 3 vehicles, in addition to on street parking.
The front porch is a great place to take a moment and enjoy the day. Swing to relax or have your morning coffee at the settee. Walk into an open main floor with plenty of seating. Cozy up to the large island for breakfast, or sit at the antique oak table (seats 8). Besides plenty of room to move around, the main floor has a powder room, and fully supplied laundry room.
Go out the side door to the “grillin porch”, relax for a minute or grill something for dinner. Relax outside, after the game, the hanging lights will give you a moment to reflect on the day.
The second floor has a master bedroom with en suite, including walk in shower, fresh towels and bath sheets provided. The master has a king bed, reading area and dresser if you want to unpack your things. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor both have queen beds and share a bath, with double sinks.
The basement has a full bathroom and a “dormitory" with two full beds and a twin bed, great for the kids or friends. The large living area has a flat screen tv with surround sound bar.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom and Holly's BEAUTIFUL home during the ND graduation. When we arrived, we walked into the huge great room (which became our home base) and were greeted by supplies to make an impressive charcuterie board and a nice Italian red wine--what a thoughtful touch by a most attentive host. There were bathrobes in the master bath, a super awesome coffee bar and fresh flowers everywhere. The rooms and the whole house are bigger and more lovely than the pictures suggest. The house is located in a quaint neighborhood across from a huge park with ample on street parking. It is very near to the Trader Joes and the ND campus. The house was recently rebuilt and everything is there for your comfort and convenience. The beds were especially comfortable and everyone commented that they had the best sleep in years! If you get the choice--rent this house!!

This is a lovely, clean, welcoming home. The owners were more than helpful. The beds very comfortable. Everyone from 81 to 7 wanted to stay longer. The location is ideal. Can't say enough good things.

FIVE STARS! This home is the perfect place to stay for a game weekend. It is walking distance from the stadium. We can't say enough good things about our stay. Everything was PERFECT! The house is AMAZING, IMMACULATE and has PLENTY of space. Tom and Holly are GREAT hosts - they make you feel like family and have truly thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They proactively communicated everything we needed to know. They set out a beautiful charcuterie spread and beverages for our arrival. They have a terrific coffee bar set up. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you might need. We all noted how comfortable the beds were! We enjoyed it so much we immediately rented it again.

This rental exceeded our every expectation. The high ceilings and open plan was wonderful for our group of nine to get together and enjoy each others company. Tom and Holly were great communicators and let us know exactly what to expect. They were very accommodating to our every request.The house was pristine and seemed like a five star hotel. The kitchen was generously stocked with a coffee bar, condiments, drinks and snacks. The decor was thoughtful - even to fresh flowers in the bathrooms. The location was close to everything and a short 15 minute walk to the Notre Dame Campus.

Tom was a wonderful host and his home is lovely. We enjoyed staying there for the USC football weekend. Tom was very generous and left lots of snacks and drinks as well as a full coffee bar for us to use. He was excellent with communication and very flexible with our schedule. He left a welcome note that had all of the information we needed for the house. Additionally, the house was very neat and clean and ready for guests with extra towels & blankets in each bathroom/bedroom. The house is conveniently located and is walkable to Eddy Street & campus. We look forward to staying at Tom's house again in the near future. 10/10 in every category!
