Two full baths (one with shower and one with tub/shower combination). Den with closet serves as 4th bedroom with new queen sleeper sofa and game table. Sun porch leads to new deck with table and chairs. Attached garage with remote and security system add to security. Cable/internet provided. Pack n Play and Baby Chair at the house. Security gate installed at door to basement stairs. Propane grill for use.

So clean! Great hospitality outdoor space and indoors for our graduation celebration - grilled and had outdoor games. Inside very comfortable and everything was as promised.

This house was incredibly cute, clean and well-decorated. Homey-feeling and perfect for hosting a graduation celebration, it was close to campus and could sleep as many as promised. Remarkably accurate to the description and photos!

This house is a fantastic base camp for a football weekend. The home was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable as well. The den had a nice big TV and comfortable couches. The owner, Mary was very responsive to all of our questions and she left some tasty treats for our group. Plenty of towels and toiletries for our group. We look forward to renting it again next season.

Our stay at 1622 Bader this past weekend was wonderful. The house was just as described and photographed. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. Mary was delightful to deal with and immediately responsive to all of my questions. There were many items and amenities that were provided to us as guests that made us feel right at home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed in many houses in South Bend and this was one of the best. Tastefully decorated and plenty of space for our group. Very clean and many amenities provided for us (coffee, toiletries, etc.). It was a very easy walk to campus - about 25 minutes to the stadium, but feels shorter when you are excited for the game! Because it's unoccupied, plenty of room in the fridge for food (which we filled up quickly!). Cute yard for kids to run around and we used the grill too. Owners were very attentive and accommodating. Plan to stay here next year for sure. Highly recommend!
