This place was a bit pricey but, honestly, it was worth the cost. The location can't be beat for a Notre Dame event as it is only a short walk to campus and even shorter to the Eddy Street area. The place is very clean, beds are super comfortable and it is outfitted with everything you need.

This is the second year we have stayed at this charming home. We give it a rating of a 5 out of 5! From the curb appeal (ND banner!) and comfort of the front porch to the large deck out back, this is the perfect place to enjoy Game Day with family and friend. The kitchen is ideal for cooking. This year we hosted our first tailgate, complete with homemade sausage and peppers, wings and chili. All cooked in the well equipped kitchen. The large screen television in the living room is great for pre and post game watching (and late with Hallmark). The close location made it easy to fill our wagons with hot and cold food for the tail gate in Library Lot and to also walk to Eddy Street for ice cream after the pep rally. In addition, Tracy, the reservation coordinator, is super kind, helpful and always available. Just a little note: the air conditioning works really well, although it is colder in the basement rooms. Highly recommend this home as a great place to build lasting Irish memories.

The house was small but designed so well that we didn't feel like we needed more space. Everything felt updated. You can really sleep a lot of people with four bedrooms (full sized beds), plus a bonus room with a futon and full sized sofa as well as a pull out sofa in the living room. We spent a lot of time on the covered back deck and in the back yard. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. I didn't worry about my car at night. The house's location can't be beat! We were literally a 3 minute drive from Notre Dame stadium/arena/Joyce center parking lot and really just a short walk to the school as well as some great shops and restaurants which are across the street from Notre Dame. I would not hesitate to rent this house again.
