MY HOME IS A 30 MINUTE WALK TO CAMPUS. Edison Rd is less than .5 mile away and that's where the festivities begin.
This pristine home is located in a tranquil and safe cul-de-sac that is brimming with Irish spirit (but welcomes fans of all stripes). The space lends itself to groups large and small. There are two distinct rooms for group relaxing , each with a large TV. The dining room table will comfortably seat up to 10 people.
This recently updated ranch is a great place for friends and family to come together. I can guarantee you a spotless and clutter free space with thick towels, quality linens and all toiletries included.
Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on 60" Smart TVs in the family room and living room. Spending time in the private back yard, whether for morning coffee, grilling or a fire in the fire bowl will transport you to a unique existence that only includes you and your guests (and maybe the Notre Dame band). The best of both worlds happens here!
Tailgating? Borrow up to 3 coolers, 10' tailgate canopy, small charcoal grill, chairs, cornhole game and a 6" table.

We have been renting houses for Notre Dame games for years and this is by far the best house we have found. Great location near campus, great layout, and great outdoor patio. Our host Cathi was a great communicator. We highly recommend and hope to rent this house again in the future.

We had a terrific stay! The home is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Two living areas as well as the dining room offered plenty of space to relax while not on campus. The backyard patio is a great extension of living space, with a gas barbecue, fire pit and lighting all surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The homeowner was so responsive and a pleasure to work with! Thank you!

I highly recommend this house and working with this owner. Cathi is so great to work with, very accommodating and helpful. The neighborhood was exactly as she describes - Safe, clean, and filled with ND fans. This is the second time we have rented this home. This time it was for the Miami of Ohio game. We had plenty of beds and air mattresses, two large screen TV’s and every amenity we could possible want. The owner let us use her coolers for tailgating, and left cold bottled water in the refrigerator. There is no doubt that we will rent this house again!!

ND Extended Family Fun! We enjoyed a great weekend here with Family for the ND vs NIU game. This home was perfect! The location was close enough to campus to walk. When you first walk in you feel right at home. There were 3 couples in our group, and plenty of space for everyone. There’s 3 Bedrooms all with comfy beds, and 2 very comfortable Living Rooms. The Dining Room was perfect for the 6 of us to enjoy a nice meal together. The house had 1 full bath off the Master, and another next to the other 2 bedrooms. Then there’s also a ½ bath between the garage & kitchen. The back patio was perfect – complete w/ comfortable chairs, fire pit, & grill. The fire pit was all ready to lite, and there was more than enough wood for the 2 nights we stayed. We all enjoyed this area the most! Our host was very thoughtful with all she has in the home. There were plenty of toiletries, hair dryers, linens, kitchen gadgets, tailgating coolers & chairs, everything you could need!!! We would definitely rent again the next time we come to ND!

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home for the ND graduation weekend. Everything was perfect. The location is stellar as it is so close to campus, grocery shopping & bars!! The house is so very comfortable and welcoming. We had friends over for dinner one night - a total of 11 people - and the table fit us all perfectly. We enjoyed sitting outside visiting with family & friends. It was the perfect place for us for graduation. Thanks again.

We stayed for the Stanford game. The owner of the home is wonderful. They kept an open line of communication. Everything and anything you need for a great weekend was available. The location is phenomenal. House supplied all necessary amenities. All stores and/ or additional supplies were literally right around the corner. An easy walk to campus. This will be the only place we stay when going to ND events. Thank you so much. 5 Star's

We stayed at this house for the Billy Joel concert on June 25. It was a lovely home with a beautiful yard. It was spacious, and it had two and a half baths. The owner was very helpful, and accommodated us with a late checkout on Sunday. The location was great, close to campus and Martin’s and Eddy Street. We would definitely stay here another time!

We had a wonderful weekend renting Cathi Voordi’s House (We have Tailgating supplies!). The house was clean, and comfortable and it was so easy to get to campus and the football game on Saturday. She also generously left us water and necklaces and stickers to wear at the game. Cathi made the entire experience so easy and we would most definitely rent from her again! Thank you!!

This is a great house - easy getting to campus, and it's clean and nice and well kept, and the owner was very accommodating. 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for air mattresses. I'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Cathi's house for the 2016 Stanford game despite the outcome of the game. :(. The house was equipped with everything needed for tailgating, was immaculately clean and well equipped. We hosted a party for family and friends Friday night and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and socialize. So close to campus and the wonderful Martin's market. Cathi's carrot cake was enjoyed by many ND students. We'd definitely rent this house again!

Our family really enjoyed our time in Cathi's home (in spite of a disappointing ND loss....) Some of the highlights were: The tailgate gear. Plenty of chairs, tables, coolers and a huge pop up tent was the perfect set up for people like us who flew in from our of town for the weekend The house was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Cathi left us her "good luck carrot cake" which was amazing!! Outside patio and grill set up were used and appreciated as well We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for another ND football weekend.

This was our 2nd year in a row renting this home. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. Great house, great amenities, and gracious and responsive host. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Living areas are big and great for TV watching. Quiet and very accessible neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The "shortcut" referenced in other comments is roped off (with good reason as it cuts through someone's yard), but without it, the walk is still quite doable (1 mile to campus, 1.5 miles to the stadium) -- not bad, especially if there are no snow drifts on the ground. Would highly recommend this place for families.

I highly recommend this house and working with this owner. She is wonderful to work with, very accommodating and helpful. The home was great. Close to everything, very clean and was comfortable for all 8 of us. We would recommend this property and if we make another trip back would certainly look to rent this property again.

The house and neighborhood are very nice. The owner was kind enough to leave cold drinks in the garage refrigerator and plenty of air mattresses and toiletries in the hall closet. The house comfortably slept 10 people but would likely get crowded with more than 12. There is a cut thru at the end of the culdesac that makes for a much shorter walk to the stadium than google maps shows.Overall, the home, neighbors, and owner were great!
