A private laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Walk out your living room to a large private deck with a 180 degree view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
We are on a dead end road, just five minutes from Sea-Tac airport, and 15 minutes from downtown Seattle and the two Stadiums. Close to numerous attractions, or secluded enough to just relax and enjoy the view for a few days.
We live in the upper portion of the home. The rental is the lower half-you enter through the sun room.
If you prefer light rail to get to either Seahawk stadium or Mariner stadium-we are about 2 miles from a station. The light rail also goes to Husky Stadium.
