Very Kid (or Adult) Friendly Home

Hello!

This is our beautiful detached house nestled in a great location just a mile from the SFO airport, and an easy ~15min drive to Harding Park up the coastal highway. Three bedrooms, with a crib + changing table for babies in one of the rooms. There are two full bathrooms, including a bath tub. It would be near impossible to find a more family-friendly home for rent than ours, and one that simultaneously allows for those without kids to relax fully. If you have a little one (or two or three) coming along for the trip, look no further!

The Master Bedroom is quite large in size, and has a queen latex mattress that is delightful for those that sleep ‘hot’, with an on suite bathroom. The 1st Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds in it, with wall decorations provided free of charge by two of our kids :) The 2nd Guest bedroom has a Full Mattress with Memory Foam topper for a great night’s sleep, as well as a crib + changing table for those parents with a (very) little one.

Large kitchen and eating area with door to garage, flanked by a rear living room with plenty of light (and toys/books/kids kitchen for playing, etc.) for those interested. Gorgeous backyard with patio furniture + deck + propane BBQ looking onto a relaxing manicured hillside with trees and flowers. There is a second large, open living room (pictured with fenced-off area with toys - which we can remove prior to your arrival to open up the full living room if you’d prefer) with a TV (Netflix, Hulu, Chromecast, Apple TV are all in place and ready for use). We use Google Wifi throughout the house so you’ll never have any connectivity issues. You will have use of a spacious private garage that can accommodate larger vehicles, as well as room for 2 more cars in the drive-way, and there is never an issue with respect to space or safety, parking on the street, right in front of the house. We are within walking distance of a super children’s park + community pool, and less than a mile from South City’s vibrant downtown with a number of unique restaurants.
