Located 1 mile off the I-15 exit. On a corner lot nestled near the end of a road. Close to food and shopping areas. Full kitchen provided. Washer and dryer are available. Door dash and GrubHub deliver to the area. Plenty of parking for several cars.
Guests may utilize all of the living space inside the unit. There is also an attached garage and yard that guests have available to them. However, the garage is not available for parking. THE GARDEN IS OFF LIMITS TO GUESTS.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED DOWNSTAIRS!!!
* There is a NON-NEGOTIABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee of $35 PER ANIMAL.
(If you do not get pre-approval before bringing your pet(s) on the premises you will receive a $100 fee upon checkout. )
* An additional $50 cleaning fee will be issued upon checkout if we declare guests did not diligently follow house rules or clean up after themselves, children, or their pets.
* Damage caused by guests and/or their pets will be documented in detail and repair requests will be submitted to Airbnb.
