Private, quiet and comfortable 4,100 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. An easy drive, less than 15 minutes from Winged Foot Golf Club (we play there often!), our home can be yours for the 2020 US Open.
Each bedroom enjoys an en suite bathroom, with 2 bedrooms sharing one of the full baths. Spacious kitchen, living room, family room and dining room with central air conditioning and Viking and Sub-Zero appliances.
Our home is family friendly with the option to have a kids bed or full-size bed in the fourth bedroom. We have a Peloton bike and a well-landscaped backyard with brand new patio furniture, natural gas Viking grill, and children’s play set.
All furniture is new and the house is clean and comfortable with ample parking for renters and guests.
