Deep soaking tub is separate from the walk-in shower, which has three unique showering experiences (two of which can be on at the same time). Master Bedroom has a king size bed while both upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The second full bathroom is located upstairs as well. Large kitchen with 3 barstools under the snack bar peninsula. Espresso machine and gourmet coffee is included in your stay. Dining room table can be expanded to easily fit 10 comfortably. Comfy sunroom with floor to ceiling windows on three sides is located right off the dining room with ample space to fit two large air mattresses, bringing the sleeping capacity to 10 people. The sunroom looks out to the backyard concrete patio with fire pit, all the wood you care to burn will be provided with your rental. There is a half bath on the first floor off the kitchen. Living room has a large LED TV, Blue Ray Player, Apple TV to stream your favorites shows on the big screen, and a surround sound system. First floor laundry.
