When standing in front of the house you can see the Ocean at the end of the street.

It is great for large family gatherings and because it is a duplex you get 2 kitchens, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 King Suites and 4 Queen BR's, 2 Bedrooms with two twins and tons of space to spread out.

So many comment that they love having two kitchens, especially at breakfast and lunch time. You have enough space to make it more enjoyable for everyone.

Each unit has an open living, dining, and kitchen area so you can cook, eat, and share memories together.

You can grill out by the pool on the Weber gas grill or sit in the rockers on the front porch and feel the ocean breeze.

There is high speed internet service and HD cable boxes in the living areas. The TV s in the living area s are each 60 inch newer flat screen tv s. There are TV s in all the bedrooms.

The whole house has wood flooring including the 8 bedrooms!

We provide sheets, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, dish towels etc...

We provide lots of baby items. There are 2 cribs, a toddler bed, 2 packnplays, 2 high chairs, baby swing, bouncy seat, baby bath tub, jumper, etc...It is located in the house in the Master BR closets.

I try to keep the kitchens well stocked with everything you will need. There are coffee makers, toasters, blenders, pancake griddles, crock pots, large pots and pans. There are lots of dishes. I provide corelle white dishes because they are light weight and durable for large families. There are tea kettles, can openers, wine openers, wine glasses, etc...There are baking dishes, cookies sheets, cake pans, muffin tins, mixing bowls, etc...

Each refrigerator has an ice maker with a cold water dispenser on the front with a side by side freezer door. There are disposals and dishwashers of course.

There is a laundry room in each unit with a LG full size front loading washer and dryer. There is an ironing board and irons in each unit too!

The pool is very nice. It is heated during certain months of the year. The water temperature is kept between 84 and 88 degrees depending on the outside temperature. In June, July, and August the water does not need to be heated. In March, April, May, Sept., and Oct. the pool heater is turned on to keep the temperature at a constant temp. between 84 to 86 degrees. November through February, its too cool in the evening to maintain the temperature so it is not heated in those months for this reason.

The location is so close to the popular attractions. Barefoot Landing is 3 miles away, the Tanger Outlets are 5 miles away and Broadway at the Beach is a 15 - 20 minute ride.
