Come relax after a day of golf in our clean, inviting home on a quiet cul-de-sac directly across from the entrance to TPC Southwind; only a 2–3-minute walk. All bedrooms are upstairs and have very comfortable queen beds. The master bath is spacious and features a large shower and separate jacuzzi tub. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with shower/tub combination. Downstairs you’ll find the laundry room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, breakfast room, sunroom, and large den with 75" Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Disney for all your tv and movie watching enjoyment (other tv's offer streaming, too). Sunroom is a perfect place to watch the wildlife; every day we have countless birds, hummingbirds, and squirrels who come to feed. Large backyard is fenced in to give you plenty of privacy. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
