Home has Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Poker Room, full sized Laundry Room, 2.5 bathrooms. 3 full Bedrooms-2 with walk in closets. All rooms have new blinds and bedrooms have room darkening curtains. There are 3 A/C units, ceiling fans in every room, overhead recessed lighting in living room, family room and poker room. All windows are double paned.

Kitchen: Built in large microwave, double ovens and oversized refrigerator with filtered Ice and water (how often do you stay at a nice home with too small of a fridge?) Electric stove and new exhaust fan also. You can have a cozy dinner or feed up to 8 guests. Includes pots, pans, bowls, dishes, cups and mugs, glasses, even beer glasses. You also have a Keurig, coffee pot, expresso maker, 4-slice toaster, crockpot, bread machine, rice cooker and more. We even provide a popcorn machine, yum!

Living and family room has enough seating for 8 and both have new 70" Samsung TV's, ceiling fans and recessed lighting.

Poker room step up from living room has regulation poker table with comfortable seating for 8 with game chips and cards. Lots of games in game cabinet, puzzles and books.

There is a full-sized Laundry Room with large sink, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, a stand up cabinet and place to hang your finished clothes. Of course you have access to laundry soap, fabric softener, bleach and dryer sheets. We keep a folding table there for your use.

Bedroom 1: En suite Master Window has blinds and blackout curtains. There are 2 queen beds with new mattresses, plenty of clothes storage with a lowboy and tall dresser. There is a new Samsung Smart TV with firestick with movie apps. Master has a large walk-in closet and a mirrored dressing area with benches. Bathroom features a relaxing soaking tub, 2 sinks, separate double shower and private water closet. It is beautiful!

Bedroom 2: Back corner has 2 queen beds. There is a 42" TV that came from the Hard Rock Hotel that includes a firestick with movie apps. This bedroom Includes a large wall to wall closet. Window has blinds and blackout curtains.

Bedroom 3: Front bedroom has 2 twin beds. It also has a bunk bed with bottom couch for sitting. There is a 42" TV that came from the Hard Rock Hotel that includes a firestick with movie apps. Window has blinds and blackout curtains.

There are outdoor games and back yard features a large patio area and grass as well as a propane BBQ and picnic table with umbrella.

There is a also a brand new spa.
