A great home located 2 miles from Kinnick Stadium with four bedrooms, a spacious fenced in yard and a large back deck. It is the perfect location to be when the Hawkeyes are playing at home. It is just off of Interstate 80, next to a bus line and has a HyVee grocery store and townie bar (Hilltop) within walking distance. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and create some memories. There are three bedrooms located upstairs with a full bathroom. Additionally, in the basement there is a laundry room along with the fourth bedroom and 3/4 bathroom. There are 3 parking spots available in the driveway but there is additional street parking located 2 houses down.
