This is a gorgeous Sears and Roebuck historic home located on a quiet, dead-end street within walking distance to Kinnick Stadium (15-20 minutes). The fenced in back-yard is surrounded by mature, heirloom trees, and boasts a large patio, making this a wonderful venue for outdoor entertaining. On your walk over to the game, take time to view the historic Manville Heights Neighborhood. Before your arrival, we hire a cleaning services to ensure the house feels fresh and clean the evening of your check in. Thank you for considering our home!
Our home accommodates 8 with beds available in the home, 10 including both couches (1 full size couch, 1 sofa). Note: Our prices are based on 10 people staying at our home. If your party is larger than 10, we will negotiate a price with you, on an individual basis. We do not allow open parties or tailgating that involve more than the number of people agreed to stay at the home.

Their home was perfect for a football game get-together. The rain changed our plans to have our fantasy football draft outside (perfect back yard), but the living room was plenty large enough to accommodate us all. The walk to Kinnick was easy, and a $7 Uber downtown was well worth it. Plenty of bedrooms and space as well as a fully functioning kitchen.

The home was nice and clean with plenty of places to sleep for our large group. Directions were clearly laid out for everything we could possibly think of. Communication with the homeowners was easy and accessible. Overall, a 5/5 home and weekend.

Our experience at this home was everything you could possibly expect. The organizational skills of the owners is incredible. We found ourselves "amazed" at the wonderful kitchen. We have rented homes all over the US and this one is second to none! A perfect home with a short walk to Kinnick Stadium. This home also has a perfect, comfortable back yard for any type of gathering. If you are going to Iowa City, do not hesitate to stay here. No doubt, a solid 10!!! Thank you.

The house was a huge success. The home was incredibly clean and very nice. The backyard is large and the pictures do not do the place justice. It was an easy walk to the football stadium and the kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. I could not have been luckier to land this home for the weekend. Thank you!
