1940 bungalow fully renovated with all of the modern conveniences. Deceptive facade opens into spacious kitchen and living areas for entertainment and relaxation facing the huge pool and serene outdoors. Upstairs is a complete master suite with over-sized shower and 2 sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed. Dining room has large table and seating for 8; breakfast bar has 3 stools. Traditional living room with fire place plus large open family room. The office area will be off limits, but there is a mud / laundry room available. We are located a short walk (3/4 mile) from the East Lake Country Club Alston Road entrance, plus lots of bars / restaurants located within easy walking distance.
