Amazing retreat only two blocks from Dickson Street Entertainment Center. Beautiful 1400+ sf apartment with original pine paneling, nice furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, separate Dining Room, large bedroom and private sunporch that works as second bedroom. Private entrance, driveway, and patio area with outdoor table, fire pit, and grill.
One bedroom with King bed; enclosed and private sunporch has full size(in "futon-speak" this is between a twin and a full) new leather futon; extra Queen sized pillow-top air mattress may be inflated, as needed and placed in spacious (16' x 32') living room for additional guests.
Wireless and Direct TV access.
The apartment covers the first floor of a three-story home. We live upstairs so are available to help you as needed. You have a separate driveway and entrance as well as a private yard and patio.
The home is near grocery stores, and on the #13 bus route for U of A, a ten-minute walk to the Square, and two blocks from the bike trail. If you are coming in for a Razorback event; a marathon or bike race; Bikes, Blues, & BBQ; or a quick business trip you will find this space both spacious and comfy, conveniently located, and accommodating.
We are located on Mt. Nord facing the Mt. Nord Historic District. The historic properties were built between 1901 and 1925 in various architectural styles, and the area was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Bed(s): King size bed

Sunporch may also be used as a bedroom. It has a full-sized futon (which I consider to be between a normal twin and full-sized mattress.) There is also a Queen pillow top air mattress available that is more comfy for "larger" humans.

Bed(s): Full size leather futon- measures between a single and a full pr queen air mattress
