While the Pool House is part of our property it's separate from the main house, guest house and studio, offering privacy, convenience, easy parking, many amenities and an easy drive to the stadium via 277.
The nearly 2,000 sq ft of bright open living space is divided into 2 large areas: bedroom and living/kitchen & bar. Both areas have room for extra beds. *By request we can sleep up to 8 people in beds or 10 people if 2 sleep on sofas for a $75 per night/pp charge after the first 4. The queen bed is a pillow top and immensely comfortable. Sheets have high thread count for added comfort.
The 1950's Soda-Fountain style Bar is a knockout for entertaining. It has a microwave, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, and coffee maker. It does NOT have a full size stove or dishwasher.
There are 2 large walk-in showers and 2 sinks in the bathroom
Linens, hair dryer, shampoo, soaps and conditioner are provided.
Beach towels and floats provided for the pool.
Blue tooth stereo system hooks to outdoor speakers so you can enjoy your music poolside.
Explore acres of wooded paradise along walkways with flowering shrubs, arbors, exotic flowers, and gardens, then stop at the Gazebo for a star-lit nightcap.
