Come stay in Bryan...More Bang For Your Buck! Our Location is only 2.6 miles away from "All the Aggie Action" ; halfway between Texas A&M and Downtown Bryan. Free Safe Parking at our place and we can hook you up with a ride to the game. As you enter the street that connects to the Cul-De-Sac Guest Apt.; The Aggie Festivities Begin. Texas Aggie flags frame your way as a "Red Carpet Entrance"!! A large HEB, Starbucks, and a fun family owned Mexican Food place is within blocks away., as well as a Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy. The Guest Apt. has a separate entrance from the main house. Apartment deck over looks your private swimming pool! The price is GREAT for all the amenities. (Pool Room has extra refrigerator if needed.)
* T.V. Info: Children's TV will play DVD's. Flat Sreen: Only local stations at this point. (Cable in progress.). WiFi Code will be listed in the Apt. (Helpful phone numbers and Emergency numbers will be located in a Guest Notebook as well. FYI: We are 1 mile from St. Joseph Hospital.) We have been apart of the Aggie community for 28 years; if there is anything we can assist you with to make your weekend FUN and Sressfree let us know~
