Our House is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house, with the deck facing west toward sunsets. You will have plenty of room in the yard. It's a great place for families, couples, or large U of M alumni groups. Since we have a big yard, there is plenty of open parking. You will be close to everything, but still just barely out of the city. You will be just 5 minutes from stores, and 10 quick minutes to the Big House. You'll love the star gazing at night on the deck with a fire pit. It's a very safe, quiet area. Brand new self-start whole house generator. Plan now for 2026. 3rd time our father/son group has stayed here to watch a UM game. Great yard, spacious accommodations and convenient location near Lake Forest Golf Club, restaurants and AA.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and nice and secluded and has a great deck to relax on. You won’t be sorry if you rent this place for a Michigan game.

This comfortable house was just perfect for us! Very well-kept and clean in a beautiful setting outside of Ann Arbor. The hosts were wonderful, even leaving some special treats for us. We were also handy to restaurants and to the campus and Michigan Stadium. We are already planning our return trip for next fall.

There were 14 of us and the house was perfect. We did not feel like we were crowded. Enough bathrooms for all of us to easily get ready. Lou was great at staying in touch with us before we checked in. Letting us know things about the house and possible road closures that would affect our travel. Beth left us a sweet note welcoming us to their home. There were some surprises for us when we checked in that made it that much more special. There is no doubt if we ever go to Ann Arbor again we will try and stay in Lou and Beth's home. It was everything we wanted in a place to stay. Al's Army was there :)

We loved the house. 14 of us stayed there and we had plenty of room and with all the bathrooms we had no problems getting ready in the morning. Lou and Beth the owners were tremendous. Lou was in contact with me leading up to our arrival letting me know about possible Exit ramp closures and possible detours as well as information about the house. When we arrived there was a sweet welcome note from Beth as well as some surprises. Driving to where we wanted to go was easy. If we are ever in Ann Arbor again and I need to rent a house, I hope this one is available.

The house was close enough to town and stores, and was a great place to hang out with friends. There was a large deck with a fire pit to enjoy. The owners have great communication and left some nice surprises for us. I would stay there again next time.

Very comfortable home in a charming rural setting. We sat on the deck and watched the horses running about next door. Lou was accessible and attentive before and during our stay. We had a nice welcome basket awaiting us upon arrival and some Michigan insignia supplies (paper plates, napkins, etc.) at our disposal. Lou was even accessible after our stay when he contacted me and volunteered to mail a clothing item we had left behind. The drive to Michigan campus and stadium was convenient, which was surprising because we were staying in such a rural setting.

Our group rented the home for the Michigan vs. Michigan State cgame and could not be happier with the house and location. It was the perfect space for all nine of us guys and could not have felt more at home! IF/When we make it out to Ann Arbor again, our first look will be to rent this house again!

The home comfortably fit 12 of us (all between the ages of 28-30). The house sits on 7 acres and is an easy 10-15 minute uber to downtown/stadium. Host was great and very responsive.

We had 10 friends during the April, 30th commencement weekend. From the moment we arrived it was clear the host had prepared everything for us. As a former linebacker for the Wolverines in the '70's and I finally earned my degree. The hosts had a wonderful graduation gift for me in the form of a basket full of goodies. So thoughtful and kind. It was the perfect accommodation to what turned out to be an unforgettable weekend. Thanks to the considerations of the owners. Big thumbs up.

Great house and wonderful hosts! Our group of 13 was able to stay and sleep very comfortably. The house was extremely clean and the surrounding area is beautiful. We would definitely rent this home again if the need arises.
