This entire estate is made up of the main 4 bedroom house as well as two additional 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units that are adjacent from the home on the other side of the pool. We have a beautiful pool that sits in the middle of the home and separates our Main and guest house. Master bedroom with king bed has a stunning en-suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms, and two baths. Bedroom two offers one queen bed, bedroom 3 has two full bed, and bedroom four has two queen beds and is located on the main level. Great space for families! Plenty of outdoor space for gathering to include covered patio and grill for poolside cook outs. Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware and washer/dryer. The 2 separate guest cottages are located on the other side of the pool. Each 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage is equipped with full sized beds and pull out sofa in the living room to comfortably sleeps 4. Each cottage has a full kitchenette including a Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, eating utensils, and service. The two cottages are labeled in the photos. Including the house and cottages :). Great for families or small groups! The layout adds some extra privacy for friends and family to be able to enjoy spending time together in the spacious home and pool area while adding some extra privacy in the fantastic pool cottages.

The Old Northwood neighborhood is a family oriented historic neighborhood. This area is perfect for families and small gatherings. We ask all guests to follow the house rules and noise ordinance and be very respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours after 9pm. *NO PARTIES or LUDE BEHAVIOR*
