Large Sports & Recreational Retreat

This is a Destination Property, as it is a unique Large Recreational & Sports Retreat for those looking to Stay, Play & Getaway!

Our property is located about 35 mins from Minneapolis Airport & Downtown Stadiums & only 20mins from St. Paul & the Excel Center.

We are on over 5 acres in a wooded & countryside setting, along with a 5600+ Sq Ft open floor plan home. We can create a fun atmosphere on this sports & recreational property, along with a peaceful & private setting for our guest or host. Our group takes pride in working closely with our guest and customizing each groups stay, play and getaway. We are truly a destination and as we are not your typical rental property. We have the ability to customize & accommodate large groups and events. We are also only about a Par 5 Hole away from one of the areas best rated golf courses (Troy Burne).

You wouldn't need to leave the property, but you can also enjoy the charming river towns on the St. Croix River (minutes away) and or the city life in St. Paul (20mins) or Minneapolis (35mins)

The featured gathering room(s) include a huge fully equipped kitchen, with an open floor plan, an industrial oven, six burners, griddle, steamer and all the cooking gear and appliances for serving large groups. Plenty of space for over 30 people and groups to hang out and socialize together. This spaces also leads directly out to the pool patio, our outdoor kitchen and a large family/tv lounge room.

The house includes 5 private bedrooms, 3 additional sleeping rooms, with 14 beds plus (we customize per group and have over 20 beds). Plenty of room for up to 24 people to stay in the house comfortably (extra fees for over 14 guests) . We can accommodate more overnight guest upon request. We also can make customized arrangements with the type and number of beds needed, along with adding on tents, campers and our large outbuilding (extra cost)

Rest on one of the many couches & take in a game(s) on over one of our 10 screens (including an outdoor TV) throughout the property.

Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, TV, patio and putting green, which are all located right outside the large sliding glass door, just a few steps from the large indoor kitchen.

Outdoor recreation and games include a putting green, unique wiffleball field (gray monster), trampoline, playground, turf, hammocks and a bonus game room (large outbuilding shed also available for extra cost and can be converted into a game room, extra sleeping quarters, a dance floor and more)

Explore the wooded trails and inquire about bringing your RVs or camping outside! We also can provide RVs or transportation to the games. (for an extra cost).

This is truly a unique space & fun atmosphere for large groups who enjoy sports & the outdoors. Also a great place golf getaways (right off of Troy Burne) or for spiritual gatherings, wellness retreats, men/women/couple getaways, wedding parties, sports teams, team building, family reunions, and events.
