For sleeping arrangements, there are 3 bedrooms with two kings and one queen. The living room has two couches, one of those is a futon with a lounger attached that converts to a sleeper.

Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, bars/nightlife and shops that are within walking distance. There is an HEB grocery store nearby and a Torchy's Tacos one block over.

More restaurants nearby: Sway, Elizabeth St. Cafe, Home Slice, Hop Doddy and Bouldin Creek Cafe.

Coffee: SummerMoon, Seventh Flag and Once Over.

Town lake is 1.5 miles away for runs or to get out on the water for kayaking and paddleboarding.
Heart of downtown is 2 miles away.

Also close to airport and Circuit of the Americas track with easy access to highway, 10-15 drive. From airport and while in the city, I highly recommend ride sharing services, but Uber and Lyft are no longer in Austin so download one of these apps:

House Rules:
Between 9:30pm-8:30am are quiet hours, please don’t be outside either in front or back yard or in the garage during this time. The house is in a great community and convenient to local Austin but also not in a party neighborhood. Noise is also heard more easily from garage than inside and the garage door must stay shut during quiet hours. Noise is closely monitored so by reserving the whole party must agree to stay inside during quiet hours and abide by house rules.

Before checking out please make sure:
1) trash is bagged and removed.
2) the space is clean like you found it.
3) all lights are turned off.
4) all windows and doors are closed and locked (with all window coverings closed).
5) all House Rules have been followed.
