Very clean, empty frig, empty closets, plenty of sheets towels, soap, nice sitting area on back patio and very quiet complex. We were not familiar with the cable/satellite that was there so some instructions on that would be helpful. Not sure if the fitted sheet in the back bedroom was not washed or was stained but we did have to change it before we could sleep on it and the drain in that bedroom needs some Draino. But yes I would stay there again.
