Five Points family home off Milledge Ave, walkable to Five Points amenities including restaurants, bars and Earth Fare grocery store. Walk to UGA campus and football stadium; approximately 2 miles from downtown Athens. Beautiful walking/biking neighborhood. We have 3 bedrooms, one on the main floor with king sized bed and full bath. Additional 1/2 bath with stand alone shower on main floor. Sunroom with queen sized pull out sofa. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a small bathroom. Both rooms are designed for our children, the first has a full sized bed and the second has twin sized bunk beds, the bottom mattress being on the floor. This house is comfortable for 6 adults (2 being on a pull out sofa) and 2 children on the bunk beds, plus space for air mattresses is needed. The two smaller bathrooms are not updated but completely workable. There is a large deck off of the kitchen with a table and seating for 10, and an ample landscaped back yard complete with treehouse. There is an eat in kitchen accommodating 4 which is adjacent to our dining room which seats 8.

We have a fully stocked eat- in kitchen which will accommodates 4. Our kitchen is not updated, but everything is workable aside from the stove top which only has 2 working burners. Please let us know how much cooking you anticipate and we will leave pots and pans in a more accessible location as we do have some larger kitchen items stored in our basement for lack of upstairs storage, and also clean out our fridge if need be. We have a dining room off our kitchen seating 8-10 and a large deck adjacent to our kitchen which seats 10. There is a large driveway and yard, including a treehouse for kids. We have 2 ac units one for each floor. Please adjust each accordingly. Windows in the house do not open except for in the kitchen. Our basement has an extra fridge which may be used for food or drink storage, and you are welcome to use our washer and dryer which are also in the basement. Our basement is accessed only from the inside of the house.
