Beautiful home that has been completely updated on 2 acres within the City limits of Ann Arbor. Just a few short miles to the big house but you’ll feel like you’re in the country after the game. Enjoy the chef’s kitchen with the 6 burner Wolf stove or BBQ on the gas or charcoal grill. Relax in the hot tub or sit by the gas fireplace.
Plenty of space to be together or space to be apart. Three bedrooms have a private bath and the main floor bedroom shares the bathroom with the house. The private bathrooms endless hot water heater ensures that everyone has a steaming hot shower without interruption.
Large, very comfortable furnishings for relaxing and enjoying your stay. In the morning, you can enjoy coffee while watching the deer come through the yard or watch the chickens start their day. Have free fresh eggs for breakfast provided by those same ladies that provide hours of viewing enjoyment.
All of our bedding and towel are washed and sanitized between guests. Beds are stripped down and everything from the mattress pad up, including the pillows, are washed and sanitized between guests to assure that everyone has a comfortable nights sleep.
Our kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets and utensils that you need to make any meal or a snack on the go!
We have a no pet policy but if for some reason you can't leave your fur-babies at home, reach out to us to discuss options and additional fees.
We do require that guests be 25 years old or with a supervising adult. You must provide photo ID prior to arrival with a current address and we must speak on the phone prior to your arrival to confirm.
This home is perfect for families, small get togethers, and couples. Parties are strictly prohibited. Please no late-night parties, loud music, smoking or excessive drinking in our home. We have zero tolerance for illegal drug use. If this is your thing, please look elsewhere.
The maximum occupancy of our home is ten. Please do not bring additional guests without prior arrangement.
This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and our home and abide by our no party policy.

The home was very well maintained, super clean, nicely furnished, amazing and well-manicured yard space, good location and the hosts thought of every detail that would make our stay comfortable and convenient. They emailed us a detailed set of "instructions" in advance of our stay and included their contact info. There was no guess work involved and they didn't have any crazy demands (e.g., "clean the toilets with a toothbrush before you leave or else we'll charge you"), which was refreshing compared to other places we've stayed through VRBO and AirBNB. They had extra toiletries on hand in case we forgot something, phone chargers conveniently located throughout the house and even had a delicious selection of breakfast pastries set out for us. We didn't want for anything and we would DEFINITELY stay in this home again.
