Large family room with HDTV and remote-controlled gas burning stove to keep everyone entertained and cozy. There is a deck right off the family room with a gas grill, as well as a fire pit in the back yard to enjoy after the game! A ping pong table is in the basement for added fun during your stay. Queen sized air mattress can also be made available by request.

Was a great house. Suzanne is an amazing host, great communication and helpful. Price is reasonable. Would highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

We were 5 adults and 3 children. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and all of the toys were a bonus for the children. The hosts were gracious in extending our stay by another day so that we could participate in all of our son's graduation from UM in addition to providing all of the information and support we needed before and during our stay. We highly recommend this house to other parties in Ann Arbor!

Our place was clean and neat and perfect for our football weekend. Our hosts even left us some supplies like milk and eggs! It’s was a perfect weekend-especially for the Michigan fans!❤️

Very clean, spacious, and fun place to stay for the weekend! Large living spaces great for watching sports and relaxing. Owner's were very responsive and courteous, even leaving extra amenities for our stay. Would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a good weekend in Ann Arbor.

We have stayed in a number of homes on football weekends. This was the best experience we have ever had! Sue and Gene have a great home with plenty of space and many amenities. Their home was close enough to get to town and to the stadium. Sue and Gene were fantastic hosts who accommodated our need for early arrival. I was also amazed at how quickly they responded to text messages. We had a five star experience and plan to return.

We had a terrific time! The house was perfect: lots of space and well-equipped. It is even better than the photos. The location was convenient - easy to find and easy to get into town. Sue was a great host who was available and generous. We would happily return! This house was great value for our money.
