This listing includes the full main house (both Suite 1 and Suite 2 of a large duplex, connected indoors), pavilion, pool, patio, firepit, children's play area, 10 acres of grounds including large lawns, brushy woods with stream and trails, and a 3-acre hay field. For winter-time fun, we have a spectacular sledding-hill next to the house.

Booking this listing allows The Cozy Cabin attached to the main house to be rented separately. If you want the whole property to yourselves, look for our listings on other sites where we will reserve the whole place for you.

A 55" TV is present with an HDMI cord. No programming is provided, but you may bring your own device with HDMI or USB-C output (laptop, phone, Dvd player) and stream media via your device.

Three bedrooms have a bathroom on the same level, two do not. The house is laid out as a side by side duplex with crossover access on the first floor but not on second floor. Those who use the two bedrooms upstairs on the one side will need to use the downstairs bathroom.
